Package Description

VersionManager helps you bust browser cache for CSS and JS files. Set a version once, append it to asset URLs, and update it with one click in the Manager. Supports a Fenom modifier |version (with pdoTools) and a simple [[!version]] snippet without pdoTools. Ideal when you deploy frontend changes and need visitors to load the latest styles and scripts.

Usage/Installation Instructions

**Use Instructions** Install the package via Package Manager (or upload the transport package and install it). After installation, open VersionManager in the Manager menu. Click Update version to set or bump the current assets version (stored in the system setting versionmanager.version). **Usage in templates ** **With pdoTools / Fenom:** ``` ``` **Without pdoTools:** ``` ``` **Version number only:** [[!version]] Requirements: MODX 3.0+, PHP 7.4+. pdoTools is optional (needed only for the |version Fenom modifier).
