A simple plugin that allows php's substr method to be used either as an Output Filter or Snippet.

Examples:

[[++mystr:substr=`9`]]

[[++mystr:substr=`-4`]]

[[substr? &input=`[[++mystr]]` &start=`3` &end=`6`]]

Installation & usage

Simply install via Package Manager.
