Package Description

Passkeys brings modern, passwordless WebAuthn and FIDO2 authentication to MODX Revolution 3. Allow managers to sign in securely using Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello, or YubiKey hardware tokens. Features include WebAuthn Conditional UI (autofill), rate limiting, origin verification, security email alerts, system settings, and full localization in English, Russian, and German.

Usage

1. Open the user menu and click Passkey to link your biometric device or hardware key (Touch ID, Face ID, Windows Hello, YubiKey).
2. Sign out and click Sign in with Passkey on the manager login page (or use browser autofill).
3. Customize component behavior via System Settings (namespace: passkeys).
