DotEnv is an extra by pbowyer, first released on 2018-01-25.
Package Description
Use a .env (dotenv) file to override MODX System Settings. Ideal for use in development when using a copy of the production database and you don't want everyone to have to remember to update System Settings to prevent problems (e.g. unwanted emails being sent).
