Adds a custom shipping method to Commerce to calculate the cost of shipping with a math formula. Uses [mossadal](https://github.com/mossadal)/**[math-parser](https://github.com/mossadal/math-parser)** for parsing math expression with variables for use in the math expression available for Commerce fields.
Usage/Installation Instructions
1. Install the package 2. Enable module in Commerce dashboard -> Configuration -> Modules 3. Create "Formula Shipping Method" under Commerce -> Configuration -> Shipping Methods
