Package Description

This add-on helps you to install live chat widget on your website.

Visitors can live chat or call you directly from the website. While setting it up, you can also activate HelpDesk to receive & handle email tickets. Social toolbar helps you in garnering attention to your social media activity. 

Usage/Installation Instructions

1. Signup at ClickDesk and proceed with the setup to get your live chat code. In the live chat code, you can find your widget ID.

2. After installing this module, you can find a new chunk ClickDesk being created. Edit the chunk, add your widget ID in the code shown and save it.

3. Edit your template and paste [[$clickdesk]] just before the closing body tag for ClickDesk to appear on your entire site.

What is my widget id?

After clicking on "Get your code" link in your dashboard, you can find the code snippet.

You can find your widget id in the 3rd line of the code:
