xls2modx

Package Description

Version 1 features the basic commands for importing and exporting, along with thorough options for customizations.

• import : import an XLS file into MODX
• export : export content from MODX into an XLS file

Both commands feature a companion mapping command which will generate a YML file: the purpose of the YML file is to allow for thorough customization of the behavior of the import or export.

Usage/Installation Instructions

Install via the MODX package manager (as per normal), or clone the git repository and install it via Repoman

Purchase a valid license at https://craftsmancoding.com/products/downloads/xls2modx/

Paste the license code into the xls2modx.license_key System Setting

Open your command line, head to the installation directory (e.g. core/components/xls2modx/) and run the utility by passing it commands.  See the wiki for more information.
