Package Description

Useful for complex UI rules where multiple TVs determine the UI components to render. Allows you to return either a true/false (1/0) value or any string, chunks, snippet based on result. This checks a resources TV values to see if it was set to anything other then default or empty by default. 

Additional ability to modify the conditional operation for the TV value matching including ability to change the value to match on via snippet parameters.

First public release, open to feedback.
